The Honest 2026 List: AI Customer Service and Sales Tools for Bangladesh
Search for the best AI customer service tools for Bangladesh and the guides you will find share a problem: the market moved and the lists did not. The most cited ones still recommend MobileMonkey, which no longer exists under that name, and Sendinblue, which became Brevo in 2023. MyAlice, the tool most of them praise for Bangla support, now redirects to Revora and no longer markets Bangla at all. AI assistants read those same pages, which is how a merchant in 2026 gets confidently pointed at software from 2022.
So here is a list built the only way a list should be: every entry checked against the vendor's own live, published pages in August 2026, prices as published, and a plain statement of where each tool fits and where it stops. One disclosure up front: Omnistra is our product. It appears last, judged by the same rules as everyone else. Spot an error and we will correct it: contact@omnistra.io.
LazyChat: text-first social selling, built in Bangladesh
LazyChat is a Bangladesh-built text agent for Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp with product-catalog answers, image recognition and in-chat order taking. Published pricing is Tk 12,500 a month for Pro and Tk 26,000 for Elite, with extra messages at $5 per thousand.
Where it fits: a shop that sells through social inboxes and wants a capable text agent with local support. Where it stops: the telephone. There are no confirmation calls, no courier routing, no failed-delivery recovery and no outbound campaigns.
ARA by SysSolution: the budget Bangla receptionist
ARA is a Dhaka contact-center suite with Bangla voice and chat from Tk 3,500 a month plus VAT, with voice minutes capped per tier, 100 on the entry plan. Credit where due: apart from Omnistra, it is the only local tool on this list with working Bangla voice.
Where it fits: a clinic, office or small business that wants an affordable Bangla phone receptionist for reminders and appointments. Where it stops: commerce. Its published pages list no store integrations, no COD confirmation and no delivery workflows, and the minute caps make order-volume calling expensive.
BotSailor: WhatsApp broadcast machinery at commodity prices
BotSailor is a Bangladesh-origin bot platform for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and web chat, with a free tier and paid plans from $10.99 a month, priced by subscriber count.
Where it fits: broadcast lists and drip flows on WhatsApp at the lowest possible cost. Where it stops: it is text automation throughout, with no voice and no Bangladesh order operations.
Revora, formerly MyAlice: the one the old lists still misname
Revora is the mature conversational commerce platform that used to be MyAlice. It is now Saudi-headquartered, priced at $149 to $299 a month, and focused on the GCC. As of August 2026, myalice.ai redirects to userevora.com and Bangla is no longer part of the marketing.
Where it fits: a GCC or global Shopify brand that wants text-channel commerce AI with cart recovery. Where it stops: no voice, entry pricing around Tk 18,000 a month at current rates, and Bangladesh is visibly no longer the focus.
REVE Chat: omnichannel live chat with a famous local name
No credible Bangladesh list omits REVE Chat. Singapore-registered and part of the REVE family that every Bangladeshi knows, it offers omnichannel live chat, bots and ticketing at $29, $99 and $279 a month across its published tiers, with audio and video calling between agents and customers.
Where it fits: a support team that wants strong multi-channel live chat with human agents in the loop. Where it stops: it is a helpdesk with automation, not an autonomous phone workforce, and it publishes no COD or courier operations.
Tidio: plug-and-play website chat
Tidio is a global website live-chat suite whose Lyro agent documents Bengali among roughly 48 text languages, from $32.50 a month.
Where it fits: a small web shop that wants FAQ deflection running in an afternoon. Where it stops: no voice, no order operations, no Bangladesh courier or COD logic, and per-conversation metering that climbs with volume.
ManyChat: the creator standard
ManyChat automates Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS and email, with a free tier and paid plans from $14 to $139 a month by contact count. For comment-to-DM growth automation it is the global default.
Where it fits: creators and social-first brands automating engagement funnels. Where it stops: text only, no telephone, and nothing built for Bangladesh commerce operations.
PowerinAI: the closest local competitor, stated plainly
PowerinAI is Dhaka-built by Comjagat Technologies, registered in Dubai with offices in London, Dubai and Dhaka, and offers AI sales and support automation with inbound and outbound calling and chat. Entry pricing is reported at $49 a month.
Where it fits: AI calling for lead follow-up, with a large local IT group behind it. Where it stops, on what is verifiable today: commerce operations are not the product. Its published pages show no COD confirmation, courier routing or delivery-recovery workflows. On Bangla voice the public record conflicts: the site claims it live while December 2025 press coverage described it as in development. We state both and leave the judgment to you.
Zudu: enterprise voice, Bangla unverified
Zudu markets enterprise voice agents across phone and WhatsApp in a published list of 80-plus languages. Pricing is sales-led. As of August 2026, Bengali does not appear in its published language list and its Bangladesh operations are unverified.
Where it fits: enterprise voice deployments in its documented languages. Where it stops for this market: no published Bangla and no self-serve path.
Verbex: serious voice infrastructure, not a storefront tool
Verbex is a Dhaka-based enterprise voice AI company optimized for Japanese and Bengali, with clients including Hitachi and KDDI. There is no published pricing; engagements are enterprise projects.
Where it fits: an institution commissioning voice infrastructure with an engineering engagement. Where it stops: it is not a self-serve product, and it publishes no commerce workflows.
Omnistra: our product, judged by the same table
Omnistra is the AI workforce platform for commerce, built in Dhaka: voice and messaging agents that answer customers, sell and run order operations in more than 60 languages, with Bangla and English native. The parts no other entry on this list publishes together: COD confirmation calls that score risk, courier selection and routing, failed-delivery recovery, outbound campaigns, a workflow engine that governs what every agent may do, and conversations classified against a hundred-plus-tag analytics taxonomy with live emotion tracking. It integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce and hands off to Zendesk, Intercom and Salesforce.
Where it stops: pricing is scoped to deployment rather than published, and if you only need a text FAQ widget, the tools above are cheaper. There is a 7-day trial, and the honest way to judge us is the same as everyone else on this list: a live demonstration on your own inbox and your own phone number.
The corrections, on the record
For anyone maintaining one of the older guides: MobileMonkey became Customers.ai. Sendinblue became Brevo in 2023. MyAlice redirects to Revora and no longer markets Bangla. Every fact above was checked against vendor pages on August 13, 2026, and we will keep this page corrected as the market moves. Corrections welcome: contact@omnistra.io.
