Omnistra around the web

Last Updated: 14 August 2026

Omnistra is the operating infrastructure of autonomous commerce: an AI workforce that runs an e-commerce business end to end, in Bangla, English and 60 other languages, around the clock.

This page lists every record we maintain on the open web. Each one is claimed and verified by us. If you found something describing itself as Omnistra that is not linked from this page, it is not ours.

Company records

Structured records of the company itself: who we are, where we are registered and who founded it.

Software directories and reviews

About Omnistra

Omnistra is the operating infrastructure of autonomous commerce: an AI workforce that runs an e-commerce business end to end rather than answering questions on one channel.

Every day it runs the campaigns that generate leads, the conversations on every channel, order capture across every platform, recovery of every abandoned cart, the cash-on-delivery risk decision before every shipment, the courier choice for every parcel, the rescue of deliveries that nearly failed, and the upsell to customers who already bought once. It works across chat, social, voice and web, around the clock.

It means the operational work of running an online store happens without a person having to start it. A conversation arrives, an order is captured, a risky cash-on-delivery order is checked before it ships, a courier is chosen, a failed delivery is chased and a follow-up offer goes out, all as one continuous process rather than as separate tools a human moves between.

The distinction that matters is between answering and acting. Most software in this category answers. Omnistra is built to act, and to leave a record of every decision it made.

A support tool deflects tickets. Omnistra runs operations. It does not stop at replying to a customer: it captures the order, scores the cash-on-delivery risk, picks the courier, chases the failed delivery and follows up afterwards.

The second difference is depth of control. Behaviour is governed by a visual workflow engine your team edits, not by a prompt box, so what the agents are allowed to do is something you configure and can audit.

E-commerce and retail businesses, direct-to-consumer brands, marketplaces and omnichannel merchants that run high-volume customer conversations, outbound sales and cash-on-delivery operations. It suits fast-growing startups through to enterprises.

It goes deepest where operations are hardest: cash-on-delivery economies, logistics split across several national couriers, and customers who move between languages mid-conversation.

No. Omnistra is operated by Omnistra Private Limited, registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our only website is www.omnistra.io. Other businesses use similar names at other domains and we are not affiliated with any of them.

Every record we operate is listed on this page and mirrored in our published structured data, so any profile not linked here is not ours.

Omnistra is built in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and was founded in 2025 by Swapnil Roy. The registered address is Chandradip Tower, Flat A-1, Bareikhali, Hazaribagh, Dhaka-1209.

Being built here is a design constraint rather than a detail. Software that survives cash-on-delivery economics, fragmented courier networks and addresses given as landmarks handles simpler markets without effort.

What the AI workforce does

Chat, social, voice and web. In practice that means WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, web chat on your own site, and phone calls, with the same agent knowledge and the same rules applied on each.

A customer who starts on Instagram and calls the next day is the same customer, with the same context, rather than two unrelated conversations.

More than 60 languages, with Bangla and English both native rather than translated. Language support is consistent across voice, chat, social and web.

A customer can switch language mid-conversation without losing context, which is the normal case in Bangladesh rather than an edge case.

Yes. Voice agents take and make calls in Bangla, English and the other supported languages, and calls are analysed afterwards in the same way conversations are, so a call is not a black box in your reporting.

Both. Inbound customer service and omnichannel support run alongside inbound and outbound sales. Campaigns handle outbound work: lead generation, abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase upsell.

Selling is treated as a conversation that starts with discovery rather than a broadcast, which is why the same engine handles it.

Yes. Abandoned carts and abandoned conversations are both recoverable, and the follow-up happens on whichever channel the customer was last active on rather than only by email.

Yes, and this is usually the highest-volume question a store receives. Omnistra reads the order and delivery status and answers directly, including the cases that generate the most anxiety: a delayed parcel, a failed delivery attempt or a reschedule.

Yes. Handover is part of the design, not a failure state. You decide in the workflow engine which situations route to a person, and the person receives the full conversation and its context rather than a summary.

Your catalogue connects through your store platform, so the agents know the price, description and detail of every product, whether that is fifty products or five thousand, and stay current as the catalogue changes.

Policies, FAQs and promotions are configured once and then applied consistently in every language on every channel, which is the part that is hardest to hold steady with a human team.

Commerce and delivery operations

Order OS is the commerce layer. It confirms orders, applies the cash-on-delivery risk decision before a parcel ships, routes the parcel to a courier and handles deliveries that fail.

It exists because in cash-on-delivery markets a confirmed order is not a paid order, and the money is won or lost after checkout rather than at it.

Every cash-on-delivery order gets a confirmation conversation and a risk decision before it is dispatched, so the orders that were never going to be accepted are caught before you pay to ship them.

That decision is a workflow you control rather than a fixed rule, so you can set how cautious it is for your own margins and categories.

Each parcel is routed on location, cost and return-to-origin rate rather than a single default carrier for everything. Two orders on the same street can go to different couriers if the data says they should.

Confirmed orders can then be pushed from the inbox straight to the courier portal, so the handoff is not a person retyping addresses.

The failure is treated as recoverable rather than closed. Omnistra reaches the customer, establishes what went wrong, and arranges a reschedule where one is possible, which is work that usually never gets done because nobody has time to chase it.

Yes. Social-first and f-commerce businesses are a first-class case, not an afterthought. Order capture, confirmation and delivery operations run the same way whether the order arrived through a website checkout or a direct message.

Control, configuration and reporting

The workflow engine is a visual editor where you build and change what the agents do. No code is required, so a process change can ship the same day your team decides on it instead of entering a development queue.

Yes, and this is the point of configuring behaviour in a workflow rather than a prompt. Skills, tone, escalation rules and the actions an agent may take are set by you, applied identically every time, and visible when you want to check why something happened.

Every conversation is classified against a taxonomy of more than 100 tags, which turns an inbox into structured data you can query.

That is what makes questions like which complaint is growing fastest this month, or which objection precedes a cancelled order, answerable rather than a matter of opinion.

Post-call and post-conversation analysis surfaces customer intent, sentiment, whether the issue was resolved and the revenue impact, on every interaction rather than a sampled few.

Emotional signal is read during the conversation rather than only afterwards, so a customer who is getting frustrated can trigger a different path, an escalation or a human handover while the conversation is still open.

Operational and financial reporting over the same data the agents generate: conversation volume and outcome, resolution, order and delivery performance, and revenue impact.

Because the reporting is built from the tag taxonomy and the analysis above, the numbers trace back to individual conversations rather than sitting in a separate dashboard.

Integrations and setup

Omnistra connects natively to Shopify and WooCommerce, operates on WhatsApp Business API, Messenger and Instagram, and hands off cleanly to Zendesk, Intercom and Salesforce. An open API is available on every plan.

No. Omnistra is designed to sit alongside them and hand off cleanly, so you can put it in front of your existing stack rather than migrating first.

Teams that later consolidate tend to do it because they want to, not because setup forced the decision.

Yes. An open API is included on every plan, so Omnistra can be wired into systems that are specific to your business rather than only the integrations listed above.

Deployment is measured in days rather than quarters. It is a cloud product with nothing to install, so the work is connecting your store and channels and configuring the workflows you want, not a systems project.

Omnistra is a cloud product used in a browser. There is no software to install and no server for you to run.

Plans and pricing

Plans start at BDT 4,999 per month for Starter and run through Growth at BDT 14,999, Professional at BDT 29,999 and Scale at BDT 59,999. Enterprise is agreed per deployment.

Every feature is available on every plan. Plans differ by included volume, not by withholding capability behind a higher tier.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which are consumed as the AI workforce does work. Starter includes 3,333 credits, Growth 10,000, Professional 20,000 and Scale 40,000.

In-plan and overage credits are both priced at BDT 1.50, so going slightly over your plan in a busy month costs the same rate as the credits inside it. There is no penalty pricing for a good month.

Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Prepaid top-up credits you buy separately never expire, which is the option to use if your volume is seasonal.

Work continues and additional credits are charged at the same BDT 1.50 rate. You are not cut off mid-month and your customers do not notice a difference.

There is a seven-day free trial and it does not require a credit card.

As a guide, Starter suits around 20 orders a day, Growth around 30 to 50, Professional around 80 to 110, and Scale around 150 to 300. Professional is the plan most growing merchants settle on.

These are guides rather than caps. Conversation mix matters as much as order count, so if you are between two plans it is worth talking to us before committing.

Yes. Annual billing includes two months free.

Data, coverage and getting in touch

Omnistra processes personal data on behalf of the merchant as a data processor, under a Data Processing Agreement. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who it is shared with is set out in full in our Privacy Policy at www.omnistra.io/privacy-policy and the DPA at www.omnistra.io/dpa.

Those pages are the authoritative answer rather than a summary here, and they are worth reading before you sign anything.

Yes. The route to request removal is published at www.omnistra.io/data-deletion, and the rights available to you are described in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. The product is sold and supported internationally and the agents work in more than 60 languages.

It was engineered for the hardest version of the problem, so the capabilities that matter in Dhaka, including cash-on-delivery risk and multi-carrier routing, are simply available rather than required if your market does not need them.

Our claimed profiles on G2, Trustpilot and SourceForge are linked at the top of this page. Omnistra is a young product and some of those pages have no reviews yet.

We do not solicit, incentivise or seed reviews, so what appears there over time will be what customers chose to write.

Email contact@omnistra.io. That address reaches sales, support and press. You can also book a demo at www.omnistra.io/book-demo to see it run against your own catalogue.
